Calendar quality

Your calendars may contain 12-14 pages in portrait or landscape format and will be printed on white cardboard (160 g/m²) in digital print technology. The pages together with a transparent cover sheet and cardboard as backside* will be helt together by a professional wire binding incl. hanger and fitting punching holes.

* Calendars with up to 13 pages get cardboard as backside. For calenders with 14 pages the 14th page will be flipped and used as backside.

How does it work?

1. Purchase coupon

You decide which calendar format (A3 or A4) and the number of calendars you wish to get and purchase the suitable coupon. You'll receive the coupon code via email and can use it right away.

2. Design calendar

Design the calendar according to your wishes with AquaSoft PhotoKalender 3 (full version 2.5 upwards). Then select "Order printed and bound photo calendar via 'AquaSoft Online'".

3. Enter address

In the next program step enter the mailing address that you want the printed calendars to be sent to. Every mailing address inside Europe is possible.

4. Enter coupon code

Now enter the 25-digits coupon code (right mouse button - copy and paste) and cklick "Start". The calendar will be transferred to the AquaSoft-Server and goes into production. Approx. 2-3 days later (inside Germany) the calendar will be in your mailbox.

Coupon information

Who awards the coupon?

You receive the coupon from AquaSoft GmbH with registered office in Potsdam (Germany).

Who receives the coupon?

The coupon that you purchase from AquaSoft is valid for you as customer. It is not negotiable, pledgeable and refundable.

Value and extent of the coupon?

The value of the coupon is explicitely defined at the time of purchase. It appears on your invoice. If the coupon serves to balance liabilities to sales tax the coupon price includes the valid sales tax.

When was the coupon awarded, what is its period of validity?

The coupon has a period of validity of one year, provided it is not explicitely stated otherwise. It is assigned together with the invoice and is valid from the moment of purchase or your payment, respectively.

What does the customer have to do for a successful redemption?

Since the coupon serves the availment of a service you have to yield preparatory efforts in certain cases. These efforts can be required so that AquaSoft will be enabled to provide the services promised to you as a customer on the coupon. E.g., for calendar printing, you have to upload your photo calendar together with the pictures used and the shipping address. Only then the printing service can work for you.

Can a coupon be exchanged, combined or cashed in?

No, a coupon cannot be exchanged, with other coupons combined or accumulated. It also cannot be cashed in.

Does the service that was purchased with the coupon differ from that which was purchased the normal way?

No, you have the same rights with regard to the quality of products and services. E.g., if your calendar is of low quality or is unusuable due to technical deffects in our sphere of influence, you will get a replacement, just as for all other products.
